The Shift is a free, bi-weekly online workshop series for artists, producers, songwriters, managers, DJs and emerging music professionals across Scotland.

Across six months, we’re bringing together people working across A&R, songwriting, publishing, artist development, international collaboration, sync, radio and live music to share what they’ve learned, how their part of the industry works and what they wish more people understood.
